Copper Canyon has been serving the Treasure Valley for over 14 years featuring Chef Brian Inaba's exquisite cuisine for lunch and dinner, including crowd favorites like Almandine Halibut with it's perfect citrus honey glaze or the tender and tasty Five Spice Pork Tenderloin baked to perfection!

Copper Canyon's location at Shadow Hills in Historic Downtown Nampa allows the restaurant to accommodate small and large groups for lunch and dinner. The neighboring Belle Event Center allows us to accommodate groups up to 300 people for those special events. In addition, Copper Canyon features a full bar.

Chef Brian Inaba draws from over thirty years of personal experience in fine dining establishments.
His experience includes the Benson Hotel in Portland, St. Francis Hotel in San Francisco and an acclaimed career as the executive Chef at the Columbia River Gorge Hotel in Hood River Oregon.
Brian's dedication to family, community and attention to detail have aided in the establishment as owner/chef of Copper Canyon Restaurant since 1999.
